Individual Therapy
Therapy is tailored to the individual. An initial consultation works to help design a programme that suits you and what you’re looking for from the experience. With training in CBT, DBT, EFT, Humanistic, IST, and other models, we work from a library of knowledge and practices to design a unique therapeutic experience for every client. It is the utmost importance that you feel you are getting the most benefit from your time and work.

Workshops & Group Therapy
If you’re hoping to join a group of people who have similar experiences in a therapeutic setting, Ellen has experience running a variety of group programmes to provide a safe space to find support, share experiences, learn and practice new skills, and grow together. These are run throughout the year depending on interest and availability. If you don’t see a group you’d like currently being run, let us know your interest anyway and one may become available.
